Now to the quality of their work. All I can say is "Oh My God". You can tell when someone loves what they do and have a talent for it. Precision and elegance. I wish we could upload some pictures of what was done.
Stay away. Hired David to do roof and siding on small apartment building. I paid him $18,000. Job was suppose to be done in a month to a month and a half and it took 3 month. He would stop my job to take another one.He left the roof exposed to the rain which then damaged ceilings and floors in 3 of the apartments. He did fix the ceilings but not very well. I still have to pull out all of the carpet and some tile and replace it. He ran out of roofing tiles and instead of getting more of the same color just finished the roof with whatever he had from another job. 10 days after he finished, the siding and soffit started falling off and it took 3 weeks and a letter threatening legal action for him to fix it. He tried to claim the tree removal people messed it up but now 6 months later and more siding and soffit are falling off.He kept asking for money even though I gave him almost $9000 before he even started. Save yourself the hassle and just call Moore's Roofing. The photos are of this last time the siding is falling off.

Between that answer and his estimate for all the requested work, we made our decision to go with Advanced. I have dealt with a lot of contractors in my 60 years and I have never been more impressed with anyone else.
David gave us a complete estimate for all the work we needed done within 24 hours. All the others just gave estimates for the roofing and never came back with the carpentry work of repairing the deck and deck cover. More importantly, I wanted to know about the size of his crew, their work practices, approximately how long the job would take, as well as what would happen at the end of each work day (do they haul all damaged materials during or after job is finished). The last question was the most important to me because to me, it is very telling in the quality and integrity of a persons work ethic. That response was, "We clean our worksite every day."
I had Advanced Roofing / Remodeling replace my shingle roof and add a covered deck. They were awesome! They were fast and clean and I haven't had a single problem. In the spring we hope to have them do our siding and replacement windows. I highly reccomend Advanced. Two thumbs up!
Advanced added handicapped ramp, remodeling inside home for handicapped accessibility. Did a quick, clean job at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend Advanced Roofing / Remodeling in the future and plan to use them for my bath ennovation.
Not only did they show up when they said, but they worked their tails off every time. As they were working, we envisioned other things we wanted as they were building. We came back with four different significant changes through this process and never once felt like we were putting him off. He was never frustrated or short. Throughout the entire process, when I was home, I wanted to observe, ask questions and learn how different tasks were accomplished. David was always agreeable to my curiosity and shared information freely.
