Mr. Walker only shows up if you call ahead, wants you leave vehicle, will give no time frame for completion of work or even an estimate of cost. When I asked he answered that these things take a long time and wouldn't I like to leave the vehicle and go home.
Overall, a sketchy experience at best. Needless to say, I did not allow him to perform the alignment on my vehicle.
