Thought my experience in the store was great until I started getting bills every month after i already completely paid for what I got.
Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable furniture reasonable prices.
I thought this was going to be a positive review. When I went and bought the love seat the lady couldn't have been nicer. Then I went to pick it up, and they weren't happy that I declined delivery (pick up means you need to "pick up" is what we were told). Brought the loveseat home, loved it. Less than 2 weeks later the reclining mechanism stopped working on one side. When I called to file a claim on it (was told 3 years worry free) the man informed me that because I didn't have it delivered, I was responsible for bringing the loveseat to the store on the day the technician is available to have them look at it. Worry free? Not so much. I really thought after my initial visit I would be writing a glowing review. Not so much. I wouldn't recommend anyone else put themselves through this. Beware, the niceness wears off if you decline to have them deliver it.
