Was there the other day with my sister to do a lil shopping and pick up 3 items that i had ordered online and gotten it shipped to store. We went to pickup in the back of the store like we knew to do and stood in a line of about 2-3 people for about 15 mins to get to the front of line to be told we needed to go the front of the store for pickups and we should find a lil button to press for assistance...so a lil irritated from not being told that verbally or in writting in the first place we shuffled to the front of the store and followed her instructions. we pressed button several times as we waited for almost another 20 mins before finally deciding to walk over to costumer service and wait to ask in that line if we were in fact being instructed to do what the current policy was for picking up items.. and verifying that we were we also found out that the button we were pressing for assistance was doing no good because they had misplaced the other half of it that belongs to their end of the business.... sooooo not ony did we get instructed once again to go stand back where we came from and wait some more, we also concluded this was not gonna be quick, easy or without a minor headache.. so we go back and wait and wait and wait... we tried flagging down other employees to ask if we could get assistance and then even requested to speak to a store manager. Among all the chaos and confused walmart employees who seemed to have good intentions but no clue about anything that was going on with our situation or as to where anybody was that was supposed to be helping us..paged managers never showed.. then almost 40 mins into this ordeal a dept manager for pickup shows up and begins trying to do his job. He was nice but had no supervisor skillset. He was clearly on his own schedule and time bc nothing was done with hast or the fact we had been there already for over an hour on items that i was told were ready for pickup the day before. He ended up finding 1 of the items and then he even tried giving me an item that was clearly someone elses as it was labeled another womans name and not to mention it wasnt even the same item that i had needed... so at this point i began to wonder if i was ever gonna recieve the things i had paid for and began contemplating a refund. The items i ordered were purchased online in the first place for my children for Christmas and was trying to avoid getting them shipped to the house to ensure the kids didnt see them, but at this point i was very well ready to take that chance also.. finally i spoke to the online dept. manager and was told it was showing in the system that i had recieved the 1 item already which i clearly had not as he even could verify so i was told he could refund my money or reorder the item for me..... wasnt happy at all not to mention had to go still shop and get what i had orginally came to buy in the first place :(
For a single man, it's ideal. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm able to get a good deal on about everything that I need in one stop. That's why I am a dedicated customer.
I do my grocery shopping online and pick it up in Eden. This is so convenient and the customer service is awesome!
Decent place to shop. Open all but one day a year. Deli is under staffed, no cashier's , long lines- best to do self checkout. Recent restructuring has added additional shelves, now is better stocked. Definitely better then other locations in the area.
