Rental was easy-to-use. Although I would have preferred to have the auto I reserved instead. The upgrade was way to expensive fuel wise. Also there was no selection of vehicles .

First Off we had to get the car for 2 extra says due to the fact that they were closed on Sunday and Monday. Then we called to have them pick us up and were told they didn't have the staff to do pick-ups on Saturday due to them only being open for 3 hours. So we advised them a day in advance. we' d be earlier than what our reservation said since we had to find ride to their office. We get there expecting to get a compact car which is what we reserved a full week in advance and instead get to choose either a cargo van or a Pickup truck! The employees were nice enough I have no complaints regarding them it's just I don't understand why the enterprise MOTO is : Pick enterprise , we'll pick you up! . I was not by any means picked up I was very LET DOWN.
The lady working could not find my online reservation so she matched the price!
I have rented from this Enterprise office on several occasions and have always been pleased with their service. The car was ready on time and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again.
