Last night I was blessed to finally get my own vehicle if wasn't for GOD and Mr Ike Williams for working my deal out for me. Mr Ike stayed passed closing time to ensure I was driving off the the lot with my vehicle last night. If wasn't for him doing what he did on my behalf I would've have until today to get vehicle. We dropped by to look for a year end company vehicle purchase. Was lucky enough to meet Ike Williams. He is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Since we already narrowed our selection before arriving we didn't want a "sales experience". Ike respected our time, got us in for a quick test ride, demonstrated all feathers , worked us a good deal, and pushed the processing. We were back on the road in 2 hours with another great Jeep. We were happy to be able to shop local as Tri-city owner, Sam Coates invests in the community & local schools. Will be back to see Ike for our next purchase!

My 1st Experience Was Very Nice Here, The Car Salesman Assistanted Me In Getting The Car That I Wanted & Everything Was Fine, Until 2 Weeks Later When The Car Started Skipping Going Up Hills! I Called The Dealership They Tried To Give Me The Run Around About Looking At It For Weeks Then Finally To Make A Long Story Short They Ended Up Looking At It Weeks Later and Fixing It With A Fee Of Course & Now Its Back Doing The Same Thing It Was Doing Before The So Called Fixed It... It Makes Me Wondered Did They Even Fix It To Begin With!? I Was Even Concerning Trading That Car In and Getting Another Car & My Fiance Reached Out To The Car Salesmen A Few Times & He NEVER Got Back To Us! So I Will Not Be Shopping At This Car Dealership or With That Car Salesman Again!
